Do you offer junk removal and lawn care?+
Yes — C&C is a one-stop shop for both. We handle full-service junk removal (furniture, appliances, garage & house cleanouts, yard debris, hot tubs, sheds, construction debris) and reliable lawn care (mowing, edging, shrub trimming, blowing, storm cleanup, and vacant/rental property maintenance) all across Charlotte County.
Can I schedule junk removal and lawn mowing on the same visit?+
Absolutely. Bundling saves you time and often money — we'll haul the junk pile, mow the lawn, edge, and blow off the driveway in a single stop. Just mention both services when you call or text (941) 204-3365 so we can block enough time on the schedule.
What lawn care services do you offer?+
Weekly lawn mowing, bi-weekly lawn mowing, one-time lawn mowing, grass cutting, lawn edging, shrub & bush trimming, blowing driveways and sidewalks, storm cleanup, vacant property maintenance, and rental property lawn maintenance. We serve homeowners, landlords, and property managers throughout Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood, and North Port.
Do you work with homeowners, landlords, and property managers?+
Yes. A big part of our business is helping landlords and property managers keep vacant homes, rentals, and turnover units looking sharp — both inside (junk & tenant-left cleanouts) and outside (mowing, edging, and storm cleanup). We offer landlord-friendly billing and can send photo updates after each visit.
Do you offer recurring lawn maintenance?+
Yes — most of our lawn customers are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule with the same crew on the same day. We also do one-time mows for overgrown yards, vacation prep, or vacant properties.

What areas do you serve?+
Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood, North Port, and surrounding communities across Charlotte County and South Sarasota County — for both junk removal and lawn care.
Do I need to be home during service?+
Not usually. For most junk removal jobs we just need to know what's going and where, and for lawn care we only need access to the yard (gate code or unlocked gate). We can send before/after photos so you always know the job was done.
Can you clean up my entire property?+
Yes — that's kind of our specialty. We can knock out a full-property reset in one visit: haul the junk piles, mow the lawn, edge the walkways, trim the shrubs, cut back overgrowth, clear storm debris, and blow off the driveway. You come home to a property that looks brand new.
How much does junk removal cost?+
Most jobs in our area run between $75 for a single item and $650 for a packed full truckload. Pricing is based on the volume your items take up in our truck. Estimates are always free — text or call us a photo for an on-the-spot quote.
What items do you remove?+
Furniture, mattresses, appliances (including refrigerators), yard debris, construction debris, electronics, hot tubs, sheds, and general household junk. We can't take hazardous chemicals, medical waste, or asbestos.
Do you offer same-day service?+
Yes, whenever our schedule allows. Call us early in the day and we'll do our best to fit you in — for both junk removal and one-time lawn cuts.
Do you donate usable items?+
Always. Anything in good shape — furniture, working appliances, household goods — goes to local donation partners first.
Do you recycle?+
Yes. Metal, cardboard, wood, electronics, and yard debris are all routed to recycling streams whenever possible. Landfill is our last resort.
Do I need to move items outside before you arrive?+
Nope. We do all the lifting and carrying — upstairs, downstairs, garage, yard, backyard, attic. Just point and we'll handle it.
What items won't you take?+
We don't accept household hazardous waste, wet paint, motor oil or oil filters, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, pesticides, herbicides, pool chemicals, mercury-containing items (thermometers, fluorescent bulbs), or sharps and biomedical waste. We also can't take asbestos, live ammunition, or explosives. Text us a photo if you're unsure — we'll point you in the right direction.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Check, Zelle, Cash App, and Cash.
